Cosmatik Firstly, second the sentiment of KBOX wholeheartedly. This is a masterpiece. The attention to detail and countless revisits are appreciated and acknowledged. What you have landed on here is nothing short of spectacular. One of the most amazingly composed, compelling and enthralling albums in this style I have come across. KBOX Good grief Milton. This is a masterpiece. Front to back. Thanks for taking your time and thanks for sharing it with us. In the course of day you have singlehandedly reignited my love for music that I didnt even know was really lacking. It was only when I heard this beautiful album that my heart told me...."this was it all along". Why does every song sound so familiar to my soul? Were they my favs in a previous lifetime?!
Fav song is the outro cuz I get to start the whole album over when it ends. Favorite track: Farewell (Outro).

The Gatekeeper is the debut album from German Trip-Hop producer Milton. After years of digging and countless revisits his first full length album is ready, combining old-school break beats and sample techniques with modern sound design and arrangements. Milton creates his own world with large sounds and countless samples and influences per track. It’s a love letter to the past and to the producers who shaped his taste in music - inspired by great artists such as Neroche, Gramatik, Kognitif, mononome, Vanilla, and Dj Shadow just to name a few. The album also features his close friends Mr.Fables, Phlocalyst, and Foksu who contributed their magic to this project years ago.
